Bui Suoi Hoa

Graduating from the National Fine Art University of Fine Art in Hanoi in 1975, Suoi Hoa began her career as an art teacher at the Architecture University in Ho Chi Minh City.

Diplômée en 1975 à l'université Suoi Hoa commence sa carrière comme professeur à l'université d'architecture à Ho Chi Minh.

She has exhibited her work widely: across Asia, including Uncorked Soul in Hong Kong, 1991, in the USA as part of the Winding River travelling exhibition in Washington DC, and in Europe, where she has participated in exhibitions in Geneva and Paris.

Elle a exposée son travail à travers l'Asie, l'Europe et Usa.

Working primarily with oil, she paints land- and sea-scapes, still lifes, scenes from Vietnamese operetta, as well as some abstracts. Her paintings are bold and colourful – the paint applied thickly and exuberantly to accentuate the movement of the sea, the lushness of the land and her flowers, and the passion of the operetta.

Elle peints à l'huile des paysages, la mer et des scènes de la vie vietnamienne ainsi que l'opéra vietnamien. Elle peints aussi des oeuvres abstraites.

L' exubérance des couche successive de peinture accentue le mouvements de la mer, la richesse de la nature et de ses fleurs et sa passion pour l'opéra.

Her work is in the collection of the Ho Chi Minh Museum of fine art and in private collections worldwide.

Ses oeuvres sont exposées au musée de Ho Chi Minh. Et collection privée à travers le monde.
